This page explains what information The Bridal CEO collects on thebridalceo.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The Bridal CEO is run by Ania Glam Lab LLC in San Diego, California. We collect only what we need, and we never sell your information.
What We Collect
- When you sign up for the Booking Calculator or a waitlist: your first name and email address. The Booking Calculator form also asks for your phone number. That is optional.
- When you use the Booking Calculator: nothing. The numbers you type stay in your browser. We never see them.
- When you take the free CEO Assessment: your answers and your email go to Typeform, which runs the assessment for us.
- When you buy a product: Stan runs the checkout. We receive your name, your email and what you bought. We never see your full card number.
- When you visit any page: our host, Netlify, records basic technical data, like your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. This keeps the site working and secure.
How We Use It
- To give you what you asked for: the calculator, your assessment result or your purchase.
- To send you emails about running a bridal hair and makeup business: booking notes, new articles and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not send text messages. If you give us your phone number, it stays on your contact record. If we ever want to text you, we will ask for your permission first.
Who We Share It With
We share your information only with the services that run this site:
- Flodesk keeps our email list and sends our emails.
- Netlify hosts the website and receives the Booking Calculator sign-up form.
- Typeform runs the CEO Assessment.
- Stan and its payment processor handle checkout and deliver your products.
- Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
Each service handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and Browser Storage
This site has no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics tools. No third party runs advertising or cross-site tracking here.
The Booking Calculator saves two small notes in your browser: that you have signed up, so the form does not show again, and which booking process you chose. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
The Flodesk sign-up forms on some pages may save similar small files in your browser so the form works.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track visitors across other websites, so the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends it.
How Long We Keep It
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information. After you unsubscribe, Flodesk keeps your email address on a do-not-email list so you are not emailed again.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Technical logs: Netlify keeps them for a short time under its own policy.
Your Choices and Rights
- Stop our emails at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing info@aniaglamlab.com. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have on file.
California residents. You can ask what personal information we have about you and ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information, as California law defines those terms.
Visitors in the EU and UK. You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your information. You can object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. We send marketing emails because you agreed to them. We keep technical logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. Your information is stored in the United States. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Every page on this site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The services we use protect your information with industry-standard security. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep what we collect small, and we protect it.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell our email subscribers.
